We were treated to Thai cuisine by guests from Thailand!
The menu included chicken toe soup, Thai-style steamed egg custard, and chicken steak with bone!
While eating, they taught us Thai language and told us about Thai festivals!
We had a great time with @takaharunakayama2023, who runs a snack bar "Sakura" in the neighborhood, and Yurika Sato, a butoh dancer!

Mr. Wakamatsu, a guest who stayed with us the other day, sent us "Kurobuta Miso to put on rice balls for Saigo-Don"!
Mr. Wakamatsu is a genuine Satsuma native, born and raised in Kagoshima. He is also the great-grandson of Saigo Takamori's wife!
We had heard about Saigo and Satsuma from Mr. Wakamatsu, and he said he would send us this Kurobuta Miso! And later on, it really arrived!
This miso won the Grand Prix at the 62nd Japan Food Selection!

This is One One Super Market, a store for locals located on the outskirts of Chinatown.

We participated in the annual Matsubara Shrine Festival held in Odawara City in early May and carried the portable shrine in Aomono-cho!
