Let’s make Miso!!

Happy New Year!!
We hold "Miso Workshop" at Yokohama Hostel Village last week.
The workshop organizer is Ms. Akane Terashima who is a professional for making Miso. She thought us many things about Miso not only how to make it but also history and some effects for our health. We could learn lots of things.
